This was taken Nov. '08.. a year and a month before I started dieting...so I was a little bigger than this..
Well.. I've only lost 1 lb since the last time I updated. I'm not angry with myself. At least I didn't gain any! And I did lose 1! And with everything that has gone on recently..I'm surprised I didn't gain! I stress ate a lot with my Dad going through all this, but I was smart about it, or tried to be for the most part. But Dad is better and I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do again. So, all is well. And let's see where it leads, too, right?
This is my "getting healthy" log. I'm hoping it helps me stay on track. I don't care if anyone else reads it. If they do and I inspire someone else to do it, awesome. So here's to me and all others in the same boat.....
